NSPS OOOOa

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed amendments to New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) Subpart OOOOa. The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on October 15, 2018. The amendments include adjustments to the professional engineer certification on closed vent systems, a reduction in the frequency of Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) inspections, and changes to the pneumatic pump requirements to name a few. The amendments are proposed revisions and are currently in the public comment phase. All comments must be received on or before December 17, 2018. A link to the federal register publication is below.
