Herman Lucero, REM

Mr. Lucero is a Colorado Mesa University (formerly Mesa State College) graduate with a BS in Environmental Science. With over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience in the environmental field, his work experience is wide-ranging, beginning in 1985 where he started out as an assessment technician for an engineering firm. He progressed through several companies as a team leader, senior technical lead, environmental scientist and eventually became a principal/environmental scientist in 1999. In 2002, Mr. Lucero began providing environmental compliance services on his own to oil and gas companies in the Piceance basin. This step in his career lead to the formation of HRL Compliance Solutions, Inc. The growth of HRL has been an exciting journey for Mr. Lucero. HRL has grown from four original employees into an organization that now has three offices that service eight oil and gas basins in the Rocky Mountains, New Mexico, and the Pennsylvania – West Virginia region.
