Justin Loy

EHS/Program Manager Field Services

Mr. Loy is the Program Manager for the Migratory Bird Netting Division and also serves as the Health and Safety Coordinator for HRL Compliance Solutions, Inc. He leads and directs the health and safety program, including training, drug testing, and HRL health and safety education. He is a Safe Land and Safe Gulf instructor and is actively involved in client health and safety certification and compliance. He reviews and establishes health and safety training for HRL employees for field operations that comply with individual compliance rules and regulations. Mr. Loy’s areas of expertise include OSHA safety; Migratory Bird Treaty Act; Construction Management; Fire Codes and Ordinances; Health and Environmental Regulatory Compliance; and Emergency Isolation and Stabilization/Unified Command.
