Chief Executive Officer

Matt Smith is the President and CEO of HRL Compliance Solutions, Inc. with more than 12 years of experience in the oil and gas and environmental sectors. A graduate of Colorado Mesa University, Matt has a strong background in regulatory compliance, environmental management, and industry best practices. His leadership is focused on upholding HRL’s commitment to excellence while driving innovation and growth. Under his direction, HRL will continue to provide industry-leading regulatory and environmental compliance solutions, serving a diverse range of clients across energy, mining, government, and private sectors.
